What Does Private Coaching Look Like?
Coaching is conducted virtually, with sessions lasting 20 or 40 minutes, typically held weekly. Rest assured, every session is entirely confidential. You have the flexibility to attend solo or invite your co-parent and/or teen occasionally.
It only takes one person to break a negative cycle - you have the power to make big changes in your parent-teen relationship. As your coach, we'll provoke fresh perspectives and challenge your thinking, paving the way for positive outcomes. Keep in mind, growth awaits on the other side.

Yes, we are big believers in the power of family coaching. However, the programs are built primarily for the benefit of a consistent parent participant. You may choose to split the package between two people (i.e. two co-parents or a parent and teen).
