Do I need to do subscribe for three month?
In over 20 years of experience in the homes of thousands of families, we've found that to move through all four phases of the transition (explained in the Not by Chance book), it takes an average of 3 months. That is the most critical time frame for setting things up to succeed at home. After that time your family may not need the same level of support and you can choose to downgrade or just keep the app alone.
What if I only want the Trustyy App?
The Trustyy App alone can help you make significant progress. However, pairing it with coaching amplifies results by adding personalized guidance and accountability. Many parents struggle to establish new routines or resolve conflicts without expert support. Together, the app and coaching ensure you take action and achieve lasting transformation.
What is the SOS feature, and how does it work?

The SOS feature gives you timely, non-emergency support from an on-call Trustyy Coach when you need expert guidance.

  • Guided Plan: With the Trustyy Guided plan you'll receive 2 SOS calls per month with your dedicated Trustyy Coach; additional calls are $85 each. SOS Calls are not 24/7, and response times depend on coach availability. In an emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency services.
