Developed by Dr. Tim Thayne and his team, our curriculum is delivered through the Trustyy app—featuring master‑class courses, AI‑guided exercises for teens and daily accountability tools. Live virtual parent groups and optional one‑on‑one coaching (including in‑app support) provide ongoing guidance. Occasional NFL alumni will participate as mentors, but the heart of the program is our family‑systems coaching.
